HTC Dream / T-Mobile G1:

The HTC Corporation launched in the market the first commercial handset running Google’s Android operating system. HTC dream has a 3-inch touch screen, web browsing buttons and a full QWERTY keypad. This phone has MSM7201A is an ARM-based, dual-core[ CPU/GPU from Qualcomm and contains many built-in features, including 3G and a GPU capable of up to 4 million triangles/sec.

HTC dream supports 192 MB RAM, 256 MB ROM internal storage, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, micro SD card up to 32 GB, 528 MHz ARM 11 processor, with GPS supports.


Display Screen:
The G1 sports a 3.17″ 65K color touch screen that runs in HVGA (480×320) resolution.


3.1MP, or right around that facilitates user to records video and capture high resolution and eye catching image on a single click.

Amazon’s MP3 store will be preloaded on every G1, allowing the download of 6 million DRM-free tracks with singles starting at 89 cents. Downloading music requires a Wi-Fi connection, previewing can be done over T-Mobile’s network.
