TM Machine Learning Algorithm based solution helps customer sees a different face of the website in form of relevant banners, relevant products, relevant widgets (best sellers, new arrivals, recommendations, etc.) based on their personal taste.
TM solution is Omni-channel and syncs customer behaviour across their multiple devices to shows them relevant recommendations seamlessly without any need to log in. With an easy and single integration for all solutions, companies can also use TM Email Personalization Solution providing targeted abandoned cart follow-up, view follow up etc. emails to customers with increased precision.
These features on an average help boost customer conversion rate by ~17% and thereby drive ~20% of the total revenue. Our team has built similar features for Amazon, Zappos, IMDb, etc. and our solution is live on 100+ companies across the world.
Finding the right people for TargetingMantra was the biggest challenge. Our solution primarily requires expertise across three fields of computer science – big data (computation of large amount of data), machine learning (algorithms for making computers learn from data) and data mining (making sense from raw data). As very few existing companies in India had scope for engineers with such capabilities, they mostly migrated to Silicon Valley.
Once the basic framework was in place, we began scouting for talent in top engineering colleges of India. We decided to work with talented fresher’s as well as experienced engineers and today, graduates from IITs, BIT, IIITs, NITs and engineers who were earlier with Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Inmobi etc. are working with us.
